By creating an account or using RingBinder, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

RingBinder is a personal finance organiser. It is a tool to help you track and understand your finances — it does not provide financial advice, regulated financial services, or connect to any bank accounts.

3. Accounts

• —You must be 18 or over to use RingBinder.
• —You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• —One account per person. Do not share your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• —Pro is billed monthly at £12/month. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
• —You can cancel at any time via Settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
• —No refunds for partial months unless required by UK consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use RingBinder for any unlawful purpose.
• —Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• —Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

6. Disclaimer

RingBinder is provided "as is". Tax calculations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for tax or financial decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RingBinder is not liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
